The Ghana Soy Food Bazaar

 

On October 18th, SIL hosted the second annual Ghana Soy Food Bazaar in Tamale, Ghana, in collaboration with Catholic Relief Services (CRS).

This year’s Bazaar promoted the integration of soy into the Ghanaian National School Feeding Program and the Ghana Tourism Authority’s “See Ghana, Eat Ghana, Wear Ghana, Feel Ghana” campaign. Participants tasted locally produced soy foods, interacted with soy food entrepreneurs, and saw soy food cooking demonstrations.
